About
Cremica Food Industries makes tomato ketchup, mayonnaise, sandwich spreads, salad dressings, sauces, syrups and dessert toppings under the Cremica brand, and supplies quick-service chains including McDonald's and Subway as well as hotels and caterers. It traces its roots to the Cremica group started by Rajni Bector, and became a separate business from the Bector family's biscuit company under a 2013 settlement. India Agri Business Fund II invested $15 million in 2016; in September 2026 the family bought back that 35% stake, then held by Kroll, and said it was preparing an IPO for the next financial year.
